The current wars in Sudan, Gaza, Ukraine and Iran are attracting all the attention of the

world. And that is understandable, great and unnecessary suffering that is

brought into the world by the social media. And then people also sigh that it has never

been so bad in the world, and some are even expecting a world war or spout end-time

predictions. Just because the people are watching to the abuse of power.

 

My good son, let Me tell you this: no end times, only regional wars are taking place

now and it has always been this way in this world of evolution and development.

Mankind is on its way and develops from beast to spirit but is not there yet. And don't

stare blindly at temporary fluctuations, confusion or Infatuation, they are especially

temporarily, especially temporarily. Every people at war grows after that war into a

people of tolerance and peace.

 

But in the meantime man and mankind continue to develop, and improve and grow to

a higher level of consciousness. And heaven sees this. Heaven sees all kindness

among men, and sees  it increase even in areas of war. The kindness of mankind is

quietly and steadily increasing and in more and more places in the world, in more and

more families, streets, villages and cities kindness is increasing. And the inner

civilization increases, the inner space to help others than just the own family. The

realization that there is a lot of suffering in the world is sparked by social media in

people's homes. And the global village, mankind's sense of  community, the

awareness that the people of this earth have to have to deal with each other, and must

figuring out together and solving the problems together are also increasing. And every

environmental disaster, every war, every economic crisis, every epidemic, every

natural disaster only make that awareness grows further on. Take a good look around

you, the kindness of mankind is increasing, heaven sees it. And this is what you can

see as well. Do you not stare blindly at the abuse of power by some primitive figures

at the top.

My God, may I ask You. I followed a podcast in which Jan Geurtz talks about loving yourself. I was touched by it and for a few days I was so happy inside every time I thought about this. I felt the skin of my face light up, almost being pulled up to You instead of pulled down by gravity. I must have walked around with the smile of an old monkey. But in the meantime lighter, sweeter and happier, happier with and about myself. And that's for free. Everything was good and beautiful. And very doable, even all the difficulties, I looked at myself with all the acceptance and love and joy that is in me and I was surprised that what I once learned from You I now experienced so completely through the words of Jan Geurtz. Would You like to comment on this?

My beloved child, feel blessed. Be loved. Know that you are viewed with love and acceptance. Love yourself. Nurture yourself. Love yourself. Look at yourself with affection and room and know that you will be closer to God than ever. For that is how God looks at all of you, regardless of what you do and don't do, can and can't, try and don't try. Do you remember it over and over again, over and over again. And when you have forgotten it, you go there again, to that happy and loving look at yourself. And don't confuse this with the blunt selfishness of some people, because they don't love themselves at all, even if it seems that way.

Look at yourself with all that love and affection that you have in you and can muster for a small child, a sweet kitten or a flower. And then know that God rejoices because then man comes closer to God, and God gets closer to man. There is simply so much more possible in your lives with this loving attitude. The world would accelerate through its transformation, and it would be accompanied by less destruction and less suffering. Live the love for yourself.

Because it is closely linked to love for others and for the world. 

And if you forget this again, My son, remember again. It is the difference between night and day.

Love for oneself

I had a nice meeting with a very good therapist/psychologist. I struggled with nightmares and a tendency to live more unhealthily than I know is good for me (alcohol, sweets, meat etc). And after my introduction of my problems, she asked me, "How would the spiritual world receive you if you arrived upstairs now?". I was stunned by her question because I was far from ready for that. Despite the inspiration of the blogs and my conversations with a living God, I still had so much to learn and unlearn. I thought. Because of her question, I suddenly made full and total and also almost physical but certainly in my heart contact with how I would be received. I realized in total love and acceptance.

Without reproach, without judgment, in total love. Suddenly I felt again what it is like to come home into yourself inside. I was good as I was, I didn't have to change anything, I certainly didn't have to be perfect. The days after, oh certainly not every day, but when I recalled this conversation and especially her comment, that it was a choice, an attitude aspect, an attention to myself, which I could choose at any moment, then it was there again: the peace, the silence, the acceptance, the love for myself,  The space, not anymore having to, not wanting anymore, realizing that I was so good enough. Good enough. That I could be there, as I was. That I could stop striving for perfection. Oh what a wonderful realization. I found myself humming inside, with pure satisfaction. Boy oh boy.

My good faithful naïve son, isn't all this contained in My words "Be assured"? This meeting has given you a final nudge in the right direction. This is how a nice meeting with a wise person can turn out.  

Total acceptance, total reassurance, total love. For yourself, and automatically for others. And know that you are then very close to Me. And that I can be so very close to you. Because with that acceptance and that love, God looks at man.

This sentence moves me time and again, I feel that we are truly seen by You and carried in love by You. Would You like to comment on this?

I will do so.

You always experience more than you can handle with your child's soul. And I mean that term child's soul with the greatest respect and the greatest love. But it has been too much for you, and the wounds that life leaves as scars in your heart, your memory and your soul have been more than you were able to handle. But they are all really healed. Shortly after your physical death you go on with your life reborn, refreshed, rejuvenated and rejoiced after the spiritual cleansing that God has in store for you.

However, our subject is "I will not be ashamed because my Saviour knows my name."

You could become enlightened if you fully accepted and understood the meaning and scope of this sentence. She is of such great beauty and truth. Your Saviour knows your name and that is enough for God. It is enough. You don't have to do anything anymore for that. Created in love and guided in love and carried in love and received in love after physical death. Be assured of it. Because your Saviour knows your name.

In my contacts with you, I do notice You are indeed telling me the truth and You are coaching me firmly, but at the same time You are more loving to me than I am to myself. In my mistakes You are speaking soothing words, You are comforting me in my despair, when I fall, You are helping me to get up.
Why do we treat ourselves so unlovingly?

I Am indeed more loving, how could it be otherwise. I oversee the whole, I know you better than you know yourself. I see where the opportunities and possibilities are situated, I see which mistakes can lead to which insights, you yourselves are so in the depth of it. You all have so much to learn, to discover, to experience. I know your path. That's the only reason for this blog through you: a little bit more of a helicopter view.

A goodish many churchgoers are so strict. I do not like their demands, their laws, their blast about shoulds and shouldn’ts. Usually they are frigid people, too much in their heads and looking at people with requirements of musts. Of what is not allowed, what should be punished, what is wrong. We see them busy, especially seducing underdeveloped, poor and helpless people with their seemingly simple message. But it's not a nice path, what they are offering, not a warm path at all, not a hopeful future. Eventually, they and those who are seduced, will retrace one’s steps, but that’s always involving a lot of suffering. That’s what I am foreseeing already.

The freebooters are the many disbelievers who think the God of the believers is a strict and intolerant and unloving One. And actually they have made for themselves immediately a new god. The god of matter, of the body, of wealth, of comfort, of luxury, of convenience and immediate satisfaction of needs (see everyone walking around with a small bottle of water: one could get thirsty !). And this new god is the ape of God, the lord of the world, the devil, if you like.
And that's all pretty much relative, and does not lead to much.

Your sense of harmony, if you are building a beautiful house.
Your joy, if you are breeding a new species of roses.
Your love, when you are helping a vulnerable person in society.
Your hands, if you are supporting a weak person.
Your efforts to make the world better.
Your desire for God, if the world doesn’t satisfy you any longer.
Your emotion, if you feel you have been helped by Us.
Your sincere prayers, even if they are not always answered.
You hope for a better life for everyone.
Your compassion for victims of disasters.
Your sweet words of comfort in a social situation.
The straighting one’s back, when life appears to be too heavy.
Your holy people who already have admitted God on earth.
Your call for God.
Your courage in distress.

We, in the spiritual world, are able to mention another million reasons why We have respect for your human nature.

You can obtain this respect for yourself as well.
The great personalities of the earths, the saints, the sincere believers, the loving atheists, the great political leaders, the sages, the humble of heart, the helpers in secret before you have leaded the way.
