Nine days ago I attended a performance of three gospel
choirs in the church of the Evangelical Community in Nieuwegein *. I would like
to tell you what I've experienced and ask You to comment on this. Did I
experience it all correctly?
Everything you
experience is correctly, it is what it is, it has a meaning, it is allright,
but you’re asking if your interpretation
of what you have experienced fits with what actually happened over there?
Yes, that’s what I
meant, thank You

your story.

I went to the evening with my niece.
We both love You, we both love God, really. We are deeply
religious, but maybe it’s better to say You are our first and our last, our
everything, and we are both trying to get closer to You.
I'll stick to myself, but I heard afterwards she experienced
about the same.
The choirs hadn’t begun yet, but I already felt touched in
my heart.
But when they started to sing!
The joy of the gospels, the surrender, the devotion, the
love for God, all of this became palpable when 120 people were singing. And we
couldn’t stay sit after a while.
We had to sway, to clap, to sing along as well.
And at one point during a touching song I felt literally how
my whole being was in love with You, I was filled with my love for You and I
shouted energetically:"I love You, I love You, I love You".
And that feeling overwhelmed me so much I got tears in my
eyes and my whole heart and my whole body were burning and lustering and
expressing my love for You.
Someone else could say: wow this man is a fanatic.
But I say, the enthusiasm of everyone helped me to
experience my love for You, and in a more complete way. And with my whole being
and with my whole body as well, while often prayer happens in my head or in my
heart.
In short: OhMy God, what was it moving, what was it
fine,what am I happy with this energetical and physical experience with You.
It has been close to me for days, and when I think about it,
it comes back again.
You are My love, My support, My everything, My God.
Well, and now I am anxious to hear from You.
You have put it
aptly, and I tell you this, My son, do indeed look forward to this immediate
and wonderful meeting with Me, rejoice you have experienced Me in your heart
and your body, and know that you can experience this more often, each time when
you plunge into the happening of a gospel meeting.
And comfort yourself
with the realization that almost everyone that night has experienced this.
So powerful is the
gospel.
This is how it works,
the energy force, this accumulated energy, the spiritual chapel, the gestalt of
energy of and around a gospel choir.
So what is happening
exactly?
- Singing together
always gives energy, discharges tension and relates people to one group as a
family, it's a real "coming together".
- The theology of the
gospel is extremely simple, you could say almost conservative and primitive, it
is a very restricted but powerful message about God, about prayer, about Jesus.
But actually that's not really important, not for the people themselves, not
for the spiritual world, not really.
- More important is one
is making contact with the spirits of devotion, of surrender, of being
together. With the spirit of love for each other and with the spirit of love
for God. This devotional surrender is important, fundamental, essential,
touches and supports and feeds the people. So much that many visitors are
ranning for dear life from one gospel meeting to the next, experiencing this as
a spiritual uplifting in their lives, as a power force, as bright light in
their sometimes wretched existence.
- This devotion often
addresses God or Jesus, but for God it does not matter to whom one is
adressing, as long as one is surrendering. So someone who is deeply touched, as
you that night, through the prayer: "King Jesus is a listening when you
pray". You had tears in your eyes, and you felt so much love that moment
for Jesus. I am sharing this part, My son, and I am therefore very close to
you. In the spiritual world there is no jealousy, and we are all just as
excited as a human being opens up for us no matter what it concerns Mohamed or
Tara, Buddha or Jesus, Jehovah or God.
- This surrender,
this devotion in gospel meetings will almost always be experienced in the
heart. And God loves this a lot, because over there is the seat of love, over
there the three upper chakras and the
three lower chakras are coming together, over there the crucifixion of the ego
takes place, over there is the surrender of the physical to the spiritual, over
there you will find the mystical rose, the chapel of the spiritual personality,
over there God is waiting for Its human being. Love for each other, love for
God are thus possible and easy, accessible and available, offered and
experienced, felt and known.
- And do know the
gospel experience is manifesting itself
in the whole body, by the sway, by the standing, by stretching the arms
upwardly, by keeping the hands to the sky, by standing with your feet on the
ground . This allows a powerful flow from the old heavy energies to Mother
Earth and therefore room will be made for the higher spiritual energies from
above pooring into the body.Your bodies are
connected to God’s transformer, and the energetical impact, the healing,
the spiritual power are huge.
- Thanks to the
African people, who have cherished better than the other races, the connection
with the body, the respect for one's own body and respect for the functioning
of the body. Gospel is a wonderful and by God cherished cross-fertilization of
the Christian faith and the African respect for physical greatness. The
Christians have it picked up by slavery in the New World. But the Jews, the
Hindus, the Muslims, the Buddhists could have experienced it with equal ease and with the same joy. But
that's not what happened.
- But the gospel as method
is available to everyone, it is a quick, effective and attractive way to get
closer to God.
The gospel choirs are
