Being all alone

Oh, when I'm all alone, I let out a deeper sigh

A  female  friend of mine said that when we talked about how hard it is to stay true to yourself when you're with others, even if they're so close to you. I myself have noticed that for years I thought I was myself with others. But I have noticed that I am always busy with the other person, even if you live together. And being all alone, oh, how I have come to experience that as a blessing, an opportunity for deepening and inner peace and a chance to get closer to You. Would You like to elaborate on this?

One of the opportunities to come closer to Me, My Son, is through the other. We'll leave that topic for now. That has been a topic of many other blogs.

So now your topic. Letting out a deeper sigh when you're alone. And it is clear, your friend means a sigh of relief, a sigh of peace, a sigh of happiness. Finally alone, finally relaxed, finally coming to inner peace. Finally coming to a deepening of your thoughts and feelings, without being disturbed by the presence of someone else.

And then finally come to God. Because that's how it can go. God is waiting in your inner being until you turn to God. That is the divine law of free will that is cherished by God. At last you are addressing God, and not the thousand other signals from the outside world. And you all know that there are many, including those of social media. Of course, there are also many signals from the inner world, and really not always refreshing ones. I just mention hate or lust or fear or anger. We will leave that alone too.

One of the signals from the inner world is the signal from God. You only hear My soft, subtle, loving voice when the cacophony in your environment and when the cacophony in your inner self have stopped. Only then do you hear Me. Only then do you hear My whisperings, only then do you hear My call.

Come to Me. Listen to Me. Follow Me. Love Me. See Me. Be with Me. Hear My will. Hear My wishes. Hear My suggestions. Hear My valuable advice. Get information about your  path, about your happiness, about your spiritual possibilities, about your Soul.

And then let out a deeper sigh. And know that this sigh is welcomed by Me. That I have been waiting for that sigh. That that sigh brings you to Me. That this sigh is also inspired by My ways. Blessed be your friend.

My blessings to you all

My spiritual life

It's nice to talk about it, not because it's necessary, because that spiritual life does lead its (her?) life, but it's nice to think about such things, to put things in perspective, to ask yourself, what is the situation, as far as that works this is my attempt.

I strived for enlightingment for a while, but soon found out that it was just a word, which everyone interpreted differently and I thought sometimes the word was abused. It never really appealed to me, simply because I was still too attached to my personal life, my feelings, my way of thinking, my body. And because of that, an overwhelming realization and a considerable peace came over me. Maybe it's not for me, maybe I don't want it, maybe it's just a word that everyone misuses. And because of this, there was room for a beautiful spiritual experience that I have cherished very much ever since, and experienced again and again: I love this life, I love my body, I love the personal, I love the variation in feelings, the variety, the contrasts, I love that life is surprising and not boring at all. I don't want to get rid of it at all, I'm in the middle of it and it satisfies me very much, even though I know there's more. And I find it exceptionally nice to be completely immersed in it, regardless of the consequences. And that doesn't mean that I don't just walk with my head in the clouds, but also with my feet in the mud. Everything is part of it. Yet what I am describing now has been a long struggle of many years before I could say yes to everything, and I am still sometimes shocked by the intensity, especially of negative experiences and emotions. But still: I do that as much as possible, saying yes to everything.

Another important insight occurred to me concerning matter, the earth, the physical. Many religions are rather negative and judgmental about the body, let alone sex. Many New Agers are very contemptuous of matter and money as if they were inferior to the mind. But how I have always loved the material: beautiful things, a painting, a plant, a candle, sunlight through a stained glass window, and so on. The wonderful, constant, fine, reliable matter that is always there for you, no matter how you feel. The matter quietly continues to be there. Delicious, and actually money is part of that, handy, easy, why would money be dirty, something like that.

And then God. All my life I have sought to be closer to God, and I have often been mistaken about methods, movements, gurus or books. But I can also say: I dived into it, took out what seemed right to me and moved on. In that process, I never doubted God, at most Its servants on earth. The good God, I have always been able to feel Its presence in crucially beautiful and crucially difficult moments, and for the past twelve years or so I am hearing Its voice. I don't search anymore, I don't have to read about other people's insights and don’t have to follow gurus on YouTube. It is all right, but not for me. I've found it.

And that doesn't mean I know what it's like, but I've come home to Myself. I feel seen, affirmed, loved, reassured, and from that contact I have learned, I should say unlearned, to judge. No more judgment, but understanding, no more separation from others but the experience of respect and acceptance of the great variety of people, opinions, experiences. Total acceptance and peace in this, the other person is allowed to be how he is, and I am allowed to be how I am and if someone else judges that, I know that they have a problem, not me. If I judge, I have a problem and not the other. Peace and space and trust. And in that also more love than before for myself, for the other, for life, for difficulties, for the negative side, in short, peace and saying yes in this too.

And in all this and in everything I experience, I don't compare myself with others, because I don't know exactly how it is, and I don't look into someone else's heart, his inner self, his mysteries, but I only compare myself with myself before. More peace, more space, more love, more acceptance, more God and God closer, namely just in my inner self and the most most most beautiful thing is that when I am loving towards life, towards the other, towards myself, I also feel more close to God.

Do You want to comment on this?

This  will do.

The freedom of man between experience and thought (Krishnamurti)

Can there be a gap, an interval between the sensation and thought? Can one look at this not by will but by watchfulness? And can one by this never be indentified with the sensation and never ask oneself ‘I want to have this?’
(Krishnamurti)

I saw on YouTube a video of the very elderly Krishamurti who spoke these words at the end of his reflection. It touched me very much because I suddenly felt that there lies the key to a lot of suffering and derailed desire and materialism. Would You like to elaborate on this?

This is certainly a key and I am happy to go into it.

Using the senses means that man sees, feels, experiences and enjoys with the senses all the beauty and all the richness of full life. That's a simple fact, Krishamurti says, and this applies to all. What happens next?

The senses stimulate thoughts and feelings and then desire arises, one wants to have it. But it is indeed possible for man to remain only with the senses, and to cherish a space between the sensory sensation and the desire/thought afterwards. And one can look at that space as one sees the blue sky between the clouds. And one can do this without effort, without effort at all, but with the utmost attention.

In that space between sensory sensation and thinking/feeling is the freedom of man and the spiritual mission. In that space one can stay with attention and thus avoid becoming identified with the object and prevent oneself from wanting it, wanting to own it, wanting to keep it. And so become unhappy if one does not have it or does not get it.

And one will stay happy then because one only experiences, not desires. In this way, freedom is cherished, “obsession” is prevented and one can be happy with the sensation just for what it is, one can continue to enjoy with empty hands and a free attitude.

Krishnamurti is blessed.

Jesus in my life

I have been "busy" lately with inner silence and sober living and self-control and purity. I do not want to call it chastity, certainly not, but it comes closely. And now throughout this period of preparation for Christmas I'm practicing meditation and reading about Jesus. Maybe I exaggerate a little bit, after all I have a tendency to proportions of everything or nothing, oh this intense way of life really tricks me sometimes. Haha especially if it about negative emotions, then God sees me grumbling.

But now Jesus, oh Jesus, what are You special, Your wonders, Your example, Your love, the conversation with Your Father, Your generosity, Your suffering.
Even if only 10% would be true, then still it is all impressive.

And one day when I just drove home from a family gathering and when I was musing on Jesus, I got so overwhelmed by the presence and closeness of Jesus, that I started crying for half an hour just out of emotion, happiness, love for Jesus, gratitude to his increasing presence in my life.
I have been impressed for days.

Oh Jesus, great love, great comfort, great support, great example.
I thank you, thank you, thank you.
My good God, would You like to comment on this?

My son, how could I not want this?
You have been touched for half an hour by the living Christ in your life.
But let no one who follows Mohamed, or Babaji or Krishna, or Buddha or any other great spirit, any other great son or daughter of mankind, any other Son or Daughter of God, let no one think, oh there you have another Christian, just a Jesus fan, that does not apply to me.

For to them I say, Your God spark, Your God, God Itself:

This is meant to be for everyone, this being touched on earth by God. For the Christ consciousness is nothing else than the Father-Mother God who impresses Itself on earth. It is the incarnate Eternity, which shares Itself with the earth-bound beings. It is the Kingdom of God, Allah, Brahman, Yahweh, the Almighty, the Eternal, the Unnameable. And that Kingdom is impressing itself on earth to man.

Every man can and will experience this. Here or later. On earth or in eternity. Every man will experience this, may experience this, can experience this, many men are indeed experiencing this, even if they give a different explanation to it.

And know this: the simple man who has let go just for a moment all his earthly attachments, who has put aside his ego, and who has opened himself just for a moment humbly to God, that simple man is that moment equal to Christ. Is that moment Son or Daughter of God.
You were it for half an hour, keep going on. And be blessed, My son.

My blessings to you all

The inner life (Simplicity, 5)

Guard your inner self.
There is no greater good for the inner world of man when it is guarded as if it is your own home.
In early days a dominant moral or special quality controlled the inner life-long for example belonging to the elite or being Catholic or being a male. Nowadays the inner self is bombarded. The bombing consists of TV, advertising, social media, the noise on the street and a thousand opinions, judgments, visions and experiences. Because of this there is in the inner self more than necessary an indescribable anxiety, confusion, stress, hustle and imbalance. So the inner self must be guarded as one does for the own home. If it is cold, one closes the windows. If one leaves the house one locks the door. If there is a leak, one orders the plumber. This can also be done with the inner self.

Please do realize you are wide open, and that all the mess from the outside world can enter your inner self, even if you just watch TV or are checking the Internet. Don’t you even wipe your feet when you go inside?
Let the outside world wipe her feet, do not let in parts of the outside world, refuse the avalanche of information. And refuse especially an apparently appealing idea with many spiritual mud in its wake. Your inner peace gets into danger.
Select everything and guard your inner self.
And this can be done in a thousand ways, at least in your own way.
But it starts with this great and simple insight that it is your birth right as a spiritual being and as a child of God to guard your inner self.

My blessings to you all

Inner diplomas are eternal (Patanjali, 2)

"The only worthwhile accomplishments are not those we achieve outwardly, but the victories we win over ourselves" (Patanjali)

In the peace and silence and space of your inner self, where God likes to stay, even if there is no room for it, God sees you acting. Well, what do you give the outside world much attention, what do you give the outside world a lot of energy. Now is God not asking you: to stop it, no, go on. You are of good will and that’s what We cherish to see.

But please give a piece of your time, some of your energy, some of your attention to your inner self? The presence of God in your life will benefit from it, the spiritual world, is waiting for it but for what after all?

We should say: for your inner performance, your inner diplomas and certificates, driving licenses and certificates, inner successes and deeds.
Those of the outer world are hanging on your walls and lying in your drawers. But the inner diplomas are in God's hand.

Why are the diplomas of the inner world specially?
I say you, why not?
Because We provide all the diplomas of the inner world, which are more important and more sustainable and of eternal value.

Isn’t your inner world more important than your looks?
Isn’t your heart more important than your brains?
Isn’t your happiness more important than your possessions?
Isn’t your inner security more important than external security, which you derive from status, job, home or appearance?
Isn’t your inner peace more important than the outward calm, which you acquire with great difficulty by holidays, exercising, sauna, satisfaction of your physical needs such as food and sex?

The outer peace is dependent on many factors, how vulnerable are you by this.
The inner peace is only depending upon yourselves and upon God.

The external wealth depends upon so many other people.
The inner wealth depends only upon yourself. And your choosing for it.

The external benefits are usually temporary.
The inner performances are always everlasting, My children, everlasting. And I know that you do not realize how true these words are.

"The only worthwhile accomplishments are not those we achieve outwardly, but the victories we win over ourselves"

God advises you therefore this:

1. Think about God's words.
2. Take some time each day for your inner self.
3. Ask yourself what is important and what isn’t.
4. Talk to your inner self.
5. Assess the results of your outer and inner performances.
6. Assess the results of your securities and vulnerabilities.
7. Assess the results of your life as if today will be your last day on earth.
"For you know the day nor the hour". Would you be satisfied?
8. Assess the results of who you are, what will remain when you peel away the externals.
What remains left?

The inner certificates are accompanying you into eternity, when your outer performances and achievements are for a long time forgotten and destroyed.
Will you give it a try? And if you are already working on it will you continue to do so?
Because if you are making one step toward Us, We'll make ten steps to you.

My blessings to you all
